Our jewellery should arrive with you in perfect condition. If for any reason this is not the case please return the item to us within 10 days. We will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange. Please return the goods in the original pacakging. We will also refund your postage costs. Please use first or second class post and ensure that you receive a free proof of posting.
