If you are not entirely satisfied with the jewellery you have chosen, please return the item to us unused within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging. We will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange .
Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be refunded so please ensure that they are packaged safely before posting.
We will also refund your postage costs.
Please use first or second class post and ensure that you receive a free proof of posting.
